Was in Batangas Philippines last week, was taken by some business associates to a gogo / KTV bar called Playmates.  Playmates club in Batangas was very expensive 500 pesos for a girl drink and 12 K pesos for a bar fine! The place was quite dirty and run down,  located in a small dark unsafe alley off the main road.

Playmates sex Club in Batangas is actually a full brothel with lots of VIP rooms to fuck. They give you a discount if you stay in and don’t take the girls out.  

If you wander why the place is so expensive, I found out the answer quickly: the real action takes place across the street from the Playmates club, in a small house where they run a pseudo money laundering cash poker operations. Lots of politicians, government officials and business people come down from Manila to remain incognito. Those owing them a favor,  load them with cash to play, they play a bit and leave with the rest , in the meantime, the very pretty and very young bar girls at Playmates bar are paid for and offered to them as poker table hooker. Playmates club in Batangas is definitely not a cost effective place for a foreigner.

Having been to Playmates a few times in the past, I have to agree that the place is bloody expensive. But if, like me, you just want to get pissed and enjoy watching some top-class totty dancing on stage, it fits the bill. The strip where Playmates is located is in a place called Balagtas and it is a good half-hour's tricycle ride from the port of Bauan. (Even further from Batangas City.)

When the drink takes over and the girls all start to look good - even the old pros - there are several grimey little dives in the same strip. But even in the dive bars, you will definitely need to keep a close eye on your tab. I always pay after every round, so I can see how much I am paying for all the hidden charges that they never tell you about until it is time to pay your bill...

In my experience, the entire province of Batangas is NOT a good place for a foreigner to go looking for a good time in the bars. But if you are there on work or business; you just have to go without - or make the best of what is on offer there. You will also need to have your wits about you. Don't roam around on your own and never ever go to a cash machine without someone to watch your back. And by that, I DON'T mean the tricycle driver...
